Grivani Wine: Francesco Gaglione

As our wine program is growing, we have been working very hard in creating our own flavorful wine. The Francesco Gaglione is our first bottled wine. This wine can be found in The Grivani Wine Cellar or right at your table at Giancarlo's. Our Sommeliers suggest pairing this wine with our 16oz Dry Aged Strip Steak.

Our Francesco Gaglione is made in Montalcino Tuscany. This wine is 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Sangiovese, 20% Syrah, and 20% Merlot. The Francesco Gaglione is a wine with a decisive, full bodied character, smooth tannins and a persistent finish.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Sangiovese reveals an exciting potency. The gentleness of Merlot creates a bridge between the earthiness of Sangiovese, depth of Cabernet and the warmth of Syrah. The result is a rounded red wine, with delightful aromas and generous fruit flavors.
