On Sunday July 2, the Bishop Neumann class of 1967 had the whole Giancarlo’s restaurant to themselves. We only open the restaurant on Sundays with a $5,000 minimum so this was a very special occasion. The evening was amazing as we covered the entire restaurant in green and white. With an open bar and an tasteful buffet selection this was truly a night to remember. The evening started off with passed hors d'oeuvres of butternut stuffed mushrooms and bacon wrapped scallops. We also had four table displays of foods throughout the whole restaurant. This included our focaccia trio, arancini and caprese displays, tenderloin carving station, and of course our pasta saratoga. We can’t forget about dessert which was our mini cannolis, eclairs, and parfaits. The night was full of catching up with old friends at Giancarlo’s in this private setting.
